Refund Policy

All returns must be authorized by a KCs All American Rep, call them at 208-529-3080. Returns must be in hand no later than 5 business days from the authorization date otherwise the return will not be eligible for credit. Items must be returned in their original condition, including all tags, packaging and accessories (if applicable). Freight charges will not be refunded unless the merchandise is defective, or it was shipped incorrectly. Items will be subject to return freight charges and may also be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%. Custom orders may not be returned unless the merchandise is defective, or we made an error when making the custom order product. We are not responsible for misuse, customer installation, freight damage improper storage, or incorrect size ordering. Please make sure to have the representatives name on hand.

Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped within 48 hours of completion date Monday – Friday. The shipping provider information and tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier and will be provided when the product has been shipped. The rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of the product and your location. Signatures are required on orders exceeding $10,000. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact us with your inquiries at the information listed on our website. In store pick up is an option.
